Day 1: Arrival in Cochin & City Tour
Upon reaching Cochin, a charming coastal city where the Arabian Sea meets Kerala’s famed backwaters, you will be welcomed by our team and transferred to your hotel. After settling in and freshening up, explore Cochin’s diverse heritage through visits to the Folklore Museum, Jew Town, the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays and Saturdays), and the Dutch Palace (closed on Fridays). Also discover St. Francis Church (closed on Sundays), Santa Cruz Basilica, Fort Kochi Beach, Chinese Fishing Nets, Marine Drive, and Lulu Mall for a bit of shopping. Overnight stay at your Cochin hotel.
Day 2: Cochin to Munnar (Approx. 5 hours)
Enjoy a delicious breakfast before checking out and heading to the picturesque hill station of Munnar. Nestled amidst rolling hills and expansive tea estates, Munnar is a haven for nature lovers. En route, stop by Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls. On arrival, check in to your hotel or resort and relax amidst the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Munnar.
Day 3: Full-Day Munnar Sightseeing
Wake up to the crisp mountain air and have a wholesome breakfast before setting off on a local sightseeing tour of Munnar. Explore popular attractions like Echo Point, Kundala Lake and Dam, Mattupetty Lake and Dam, and the surrounding tea gardens. Visit the Tea Museum and factory to understand Munnar’s tea legacy. Optional activities include boating and an elephant ride (at personal expense). Other highlights include Rose Garden, Pothamedu Viewpoint, Hydel Park, and local photo spots. A visit to Eravikulam National Park (entry fee not included) offers a chance to see the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady (Approx. 4 hours) & Sightseeing
After breakfast, check out and drive to Thekkady, located near the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border. Once you reach, check into your hotel or resort. Later, explore the renowned Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, home to rich biodiversity and evergreen forests. You may spot elephants, sambar deer, and other wildlife. Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake to soak in the tranquil beauty (subject to availability). You can also explore spice plantations and shop for local spices. Optional evening experiences include Kathakali and Kalaripayattu shows (at personal cost). Overnight stay in Thekkady.
Day 5: Thekkady to Alleppey (Approx. 4–5 hours)
Following breakfast, check out and travel to Alleppey, famously dubbed the "Venice of the East" for its labyrinth of canals and backwaters. Known for houseboat cruises, coir products, and serene waterscapes, Alleppey offers a relaxing change of pace. On arrival, board your houseboat or check into your hotel, and enjoy a scenic cruise through the enchanting backwaters. Overnight stay on the houseboat or at a hotel in Alleppey.
Day 6: Departure from Alleppey to Cochin (Approx. 2 hours)
After breakfast, it’s time to check out and transfer to Cochin Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with unforgettable memories of your Kerala getaway.
